Ed Van Dolsen is responsible for expanding TIAA-CREF's product and service offerings. Under his direction, TIAA-CREF is ushering in a new generation of retirement planning tools and services designed to meet the evolving needs of both institutional and individual clients.
Since joining TIAA-CREF in 1982, Mr. Van Dolsen has held a variety of positions within the organization. These have included managing the creation of retirement education programs for plan sponsors and their employees and developing new retirement plan products to enhance institutions' ability to improve plan design as well as enhance plan participants' ability to save for retirement. He also managed the team that last year forged the acquisition of Kaspick & Company, the nation's leading provider of planned giving services for colleges, universities and other nonprofits. Mr. Van Dolsen recently served on the board of trustees of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce.
He holds a B.A. in Government from Franklin and Marshall College and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Pace University.
