TIAA-CREF, the financial services organization and leading provider of retirement security in the academic, medical and cultural fields, today announced the new opening of its office in Baltimore, MD. The office is located on Smith Avenue, near The Johns Hopkins University.
"Our participants have been asking for one-on-one counseling in the Baltimore area and now they have a "front door" to enter into for help with all of their financial needs," said Sue Dilandro, Director of Institutional Client Services. "This demonstrates our continued commitment to get closer to where our clients live and work."
More than 4,500 clients are affiliated with Johns Hopkins, a TIAA-CREF client since 1969. The office serves the broad retirement and financial planning needs of these participants and those at other member institutions in the Baltimore Area including: University System of Maryland, Loyola College, Goucher College and Morgan State University.
The office, with a staff of seven, located is located at 5801 Smith Avenue, Davis Building, Suite 100, Baltimore, MD, and is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for appointments or walk-ins. The Baltimore office opening is a part of a continuing effort by TIAA-CREF to get closer to the institutions and individuals it serves. TIAA-CREF has over 55 offices nationwide.
